Program
Thursday 5 May - The Third Voice
Three strong voices in sweet harmony, with the occasional guitar, cello and concertina thrown in. Christina Mimmocchi, Gemma Turner and Clarita Derwent have travelled the musical world and come together to bring you songs that will delight and soothe.

Thursday 9 June -
Peter Miller-Robinson
Award-winning songwriter and guitarist, Peter is a storyteller with a keen eye for the foibles and follies of human interaction. His guitars are bright and his voice is deep and mellow.

Friday 5 August-
Big Merino
A genre-busting band featuring Stuart Davis, Alex Craig, Peter Richardson and Colin Sevitt, who play original songs that blur the lines between rock, country, blues, roots, soul and pop. Despite an obvious passion for Americana, their music somehow also sounds quintessentially Australian, shaped by the landscape and our own stories

"Music of peculiar depth and mystery that somehow evades the laws of gravity"SYDNEY MORNING HERALD
Ephemera: a musical exploration of celestial landscapes such as pulsars, craters, planetary atmospheres, stars, sun and void. Merging the sound worlds of jazz and contemporary classical, and set to real space sounds and projections, it is a unique sonic experience.
The ensemble is led by Keyna Wilkins (piano/flute/compositions) with Elsen Price (double bass/loop pedal) and Will Gilbert (trumpet) and includes freely improvised pieces. NASA recordings of electromagnetic waves from planets and stars is the backdrop soundtrack and has been compiled by astronomer Professor Paul Francis often with projections of space probe footage. Each member brings their own unique voice to the ensemble drawing from a multitude of musical backgrounds who combine to create a distinctive sound world that organically reacts to stellar concepts. Universe and Universality.
